Course Description

This course is designed to provide an overview of the document management system that will be used in most modules on the eHRP Web system. Documents are stored in the document management system using a digital repository or cloud-based platform. In this system, documents are typically organized in a hierarchical structure, allowing for easy categorization and retrieval. Typically, the documents would be stored in the employee’s “jacket”.

Key Concepts Covered Include:

  • Navigate the document management: Learn how documents are managed on the system and how to search for specific documents
  • Document Upload and Maintenance: Learn how to upload, delete, view, and print documents

Upon successful completion of the course and passing the final assessment, participants will receive a certificate of achievement, recognizing their proficiency in eHRP fundamentals.
